To yield crispy, clean shape, yellow and sweet originally  banana chips, we need to pay attention when we are buying the banana. Good and Quality Banana Kepok has shape as shown in the picture above. Here are things that we need to take concern while selecting good and quality banana:

  • Try to find banana that has thick shape, and has bold lines on its skin. It indicates that the banana has been ready to be produced as banana chips.
  • Ensure the banana is not matured or half matured. If we fry the matured or half matured banana, it will yield an uninteresting appearance of banana chips due to its shape becomes brown after fried.
  • Try to find banana that has yellow color on its inside (not the color of the skin of the banana), because there’s banana with white color on its inside skin. If we fry the white banana, we will see the color of the chips is brown. And it will take time longer. Unless we want to use color agent to make the chips yellow.

II. Peeling Banana.
Peeling banana is one of process that may be very troublesome. Why? Because we will get the sap that is very sticky and difficult to be wiped from our hands and fingers. To make easy when peeling banana, there are some steps that we can take, namely:

  • After buying banana, do not peel directly. Let it kept for about a night. It’s intended to reduce the sap on banana and to make easy when peeling the skin of banana.
  • Prepare water +/- two basins or small buckets.
  • Cut the both end sides of bananaThen put into the basin or bucket that filled water. It’s intended to reduce the sap and stickiness when peeling banana.
  • Then peel bananas that have been put into the water using knife.
  • After peeled, put the peeled bananas into the other basin or bucket that filled water. This is to make peeled bananas keep white and not brown.

IV. Drying Banana Chips
After frying process finished, we go to the next process. It is drying the fried banana chips to wipe the oil. But remember, here we don’t use tissue or paper to wipe the oil from the chips. There are two ways to wipe the oil from banana chips after fried, modern way and conventional way. On this occasion, we’ll explain the conventional way that is cheap but effective. The steps are as below:

  • Prepare a wide board or a place that has been prepared specially before for drying place.

But, if you want to know the difference of both, this article will lead you to understand the difference and the usefulness of both easily and deeply. "Will" is an auxiliary verb which is used to compose future sentences. And "to be going to" is too. Both of them have future senses. Then, how to differ them? Read and study the following explanation carefully.
I. Will
This auxiliary is used to compose and express future ideas.
Example: I will repair it tomorrow.

II. To be going to
This pattern is used to compose and express future ideas too.
Example: I'm going to repair it tomorrow.

See and study the following short conversation to understand and differ the difference easier and faster.
Rendy : Mom, look at my bicycle. It's broken.
Mommy : Is it? It's Okay. you can tell your father later.

a few minutes later, Rendy's father came back.

Father: Hi honey, how are you today?
Mommy : Hi, I'm fine. Honey, Rendy said if his bicycle was broken. can you fix it?
Father: Hmm sure. I will repair it later.
Mommy : Tomorrow is Saturday. When will you repair it honey?
Father: I'm going to repair it tomorrow.
